More Information:

In order to secure the date a 50% booking fee is required and a signed copy of the booking contract must be returned to me.

 

Planning sessions and meet-ups are to be held close to Gordon’s Bay during week days.

The first 50 km of my round-trip from Gordon’s Bay is included, thereafter travelling fees will be charged at R 4.50/km.

If the event is more than 100 km from Gordon’s Bay, an overnight stay in a B&B must be provided for myself.

 

Meals and cold drinks/water must be provided for myself and my assistant.

 

Overtime will be charged at R 500 for every 30 minutes.

 

Please allow 6-8 weeks for post production of photos.

 

Extra USB’s will be provided at a cost of R 100 per USB.
