Capturing Moments Artistically

My name is Yolandi Lubbe and I am an introverted extrovert. Confusing right? Right. That basically means that I come out of my introverted shell for the things & people I love. One of those things being the capturing of moments. For me, photography is not simply capturing an image soon forgotten but capturing memories. Moments in your life you look back on with a grin. Yes, a grin. Moments you remember fondly, special times you cherish with your loved ones. Not everyone loves having their photo taken and I can assure you, most of us hate the prospect of  having our image captured. I ask my clients (and myself) to embrace the following quote: "You will never be as beautiful as you are today." No truer words have been spoken. Next year, you will look back on today & wished that you loved YOU more.

My style; although posed photographs have their time and place, my mission is capturing YOU. Your family, who you are, the secret glances and hugs - those are the moments that makes what I do worth while.
